How do I pay for classes?

Classes are payable a school half term block in advance via our Love Admin system. No class is secure until full payment is received.

We are open some school holidays and these classes are payable on a drop-in basis. Term time classes must be paid for in a block. 

Adult classes, Drop in sessions and events are all payable by Booking online at least 24 hours in advance. Limited spaces are available so early booking is advisable

What should my child wear for class?

 

Children need to arrive ready for class in suitable sports clothing. Leotard and shorts is most suitable but shorts/leggings and a t-shirt will be most appropriate. Gymnasts must have their hair tied back and all jewelry removed. Gymnasts do not need to wear a face mask for classes.

 

Are your classes insured?

 

Planet Sport and community is a member of British Gymnastics and Welsh Gymnastics. All coaches have full insurance through the governing body and the building has liability insurance.

Each member must sign up and complete their own membership with British Gymnastics after one session as a taster. 

This membership can be completed by following the link below

www.welshgymnastics.org/membership. Gymnasts will not be allowed to continue with Gym or Dance sessions without this insurance in place. 

 

What are your term dates?

Gym for all, Pre-school, Adult, Early years and Parkour sessions run on a half termly basis in line with local schools. Classes in the holidays run on a pay as you go basis (bookable online 24 hours beforehand)
